THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Alfred Eddington Bye of 97 Roundwood Road Willesden in the County of Middlesex made this Tenth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Twenty

I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore

I appoint William John Broomhall 54 Burns Road Harlsden and George Frederick Jackson 5 Handford Road Brixton to be my EXECUTORS

and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I give and bequeath unto my wife Mary Elizabeth Bye The premises known as Dingle Bank 97 Roundwood Road in the parish of Willesden For her sole benefit Upon her death or remarriage The above property is to be sold And my daughters Frances Ann McSweeney and Jane Elizabeth Bye are each to receive the sum of Thirty pounds - £30.0.0. Should either of the above daughters die before my wife Mary Elizabeth Bye their share shall be included in the balance of the proceeds of the sale of the above property Which is to be equally divided between my following Sons and Daughters or such of them as may survive But not their next of kin Joseph Bye Helena Esther Broomhall Mary Elizabeth Lloyd Alice Jackson Edith Maria Baxter Muriel May Erickson Ebenezer Bye Fred Bye

I also bequeath the sum of Seven pounds and Ten shillings £7.10.0. each to the two children of my late son Alfred Bye viz Dollie Bye and Lizzie Bye should they survive my Wife Mary Elizabeth Bye failing which their share shall be included in the balance of the above sale and be equally divided amongst the last mentioned eight sons and daughters or such of them as may survive But not their next of kin

I also bequeath all Club and Insurance monies to my wife Mary Elizabeth Bye from such monies she will pay my funeral expenses

I also bequeath One third of any balance of my Banking Account to my wife Mary Elizabeth Bye

I also bequeath the sum of Ten pounds £10.0.0. each from the remaining Two thirds of my Banking Account to my daughters Frances Ann McSweeney and Jane Elizabeth Bye should they survive me But not their next of kin If not such sum or sums to be added to the above balance and be equally divided between my wife Mary Elizabeth Bye and the previously mentioned eight sons and daughters or such of them as may survive But not their next of kin

All expenses and debts except for the Funeral to be paid from the said Balance of the Banking Account before distribution takes place

On the 13th day of February 1920 Probate of this Will was granted to William John Broomhall and George Frederick Jackson the Executors
